Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems in customers' homes.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide repair or replacement options.
- Locate and repair water leaks, broken or clogged pipes, plugged drains, and related plumbing failures.
- Install tanked and tankless water heaters.
- Use specialty plumbing tools, drain cleaning equipment, and hydro jetting equipment.
- Keep the company van stocked, clean, and ready for service calls.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, supervisors, and other trades.
- Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and company iPad.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and plumbing diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license to legally operate a motor vehicle in California.
- Willingness to work in heat, cold, wind, rain, crawl spaces, and other field conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and safely lift or carry up to 100 pounds.
